Item Stuck at Parcel Hub

Merujuk kepada tracking no ER298153729MY barang saya sepatutnya sampai di kedai saya pada 12 Mei 2018, mungkin waktu itu tiada orang di kedai, dalam sistem tertera posmen ada meninggalkan notis tetapi langsung TIADA! Saya ke Poslaju berhampiran pada 1 Jun dan di maklumkan bahawa barang saya ada di Shah Alam. Pada 2 Jun saya ada hubungi Customer Service dan di maklumkan kena tunggu hari bekerja untuk barang saya masuk ke dalam warehouse. Sudah 3 hari saya hubungi Poslaju tapi tiada orang!!! mana Customer Service?? ape tujuan Careline tu kalau call pon xblh angkat?? saya nk tau status barang saya. Harini dah 6 Jun, berapa lama lagi nak perap barang saya tu? Pihak yang bertanggungjawab sila ambil tindakan.
