My family and I went to Dillard’s on 1/1//2019 in North Olmsted Ohio. My daughter grabbed several items throughout the store to try on and she ended up trying on clothes on the BCBG dresser since she found 3 BCBG dresses that she liked. As you can see my daughter grew 2 inches this year so she went up 3 sizes. I made several trips back and forth to bring her the right sizes. She was probably in the dresser for about 30 min when the manager of BCBG I think his name is Juan Garcia came screaming at me that my daughter was holding the dresser and that we had to leave the dressing room. I had about 8 items that I wanted to purchase for myself but left them since he threatened to call security to escort me outside if I were to go inside the dressing room and try on clothes. I told my daughter to grab the items that she wanted and we left. She did purchase 9 article of clothing which include 4 pair of jeans one pair of shorts and several shirts. When I was paying I looked back at the BCBG area and the three workers that were working including the manager were just talking and one girl was on her phone. This people definitely don’t like to work.
