No product and no refund

I placed order number HAZ4MMPT36-DD in February!!! At first I filed a complaint and was told it was back ordered then I was told that I would be issued a refund but to wait for an email verifying it. I never got a verification email. I tried to live chat and the girl simply said that she was going to get off chat with me but to file a complaint with my bank if I wanted my money back.... I don't want to deal with all this hassle. I just want my money back.
