I placed an order with Dinodirect on the 16/6/12 and have not received this order. I have emailed customer service and logged Case numbers on countless occasions. I have received some responce asking me to wait 45 days until the 10/9/12 but still no delivery. I continue to email customer service but now get no reply at all. POOR POOR SERVICE. Do they always take customers money and fail to supply the goods???.
