I have called directpath to complain about the internet congestion the person on the phone told me quite "their is nothing that can be done and will not be done since we have a contract with your complex" We are forced to pay for the internet through our rent which is not reliable common ping for this connection is 250+ms. I was told a technician was on his way to see if the problem could be fixed in the unit so that day I stayed home from work to find out that he was not coming because the issue was effecting the whole complex and their was no need but I also needed my equipment moved to another room. I was the told that they would charge me 65 dollars for him to move this when it clearly says that their is no charge for anyone in the complex for any service. Bottom line they have locked the complex into and agreement that the company themselves cant keep or refuse to keep a simple fix would be to upgrade your equipment or let other competitors compete for the business instead of using this shady business practice I'm not even sure if its completely legal. So your left with no other option I feel bad for the people that work for this company I would have trouble sleeping at night knowing that im ripping my customers off and their is not a thing they do about it. Thank you for whoever reads this if your moving to a complex with direcpath run !!!!! I hate to say this but it makes comcast look like the best isp in the world.
