A representative approached me in Sams Club and told me that I could get Direct Tv for $50 per month for the rest of my life, and get a $200 Sams gift card. I ask him 3 different times if this was a time limit on the charge for the service. He kept saying that for the rest of my life, I would only pay the $50 per month. I agree to the switch from Uverse TV to Direct, because the representative tells me he is with ATT. He gives me a folded paper that I check when I get home. The price schedule iS ONLY FOR 24 MONTHS. He is not ATT because, without my permission, he runs a credit check on me!!! He charges $20.95 on my credit card for" start up" and takes my credit card number , which exposes my information to a company that I think is ATT but it is not.
When I call ATT for information about the service, they have no record of an installation for me the give me the contact number for the "SMART CIRCLE/SAMS CLUB" company.
Check ATT order number 1-21554780069R2 and 1-215547580661R2, For details on my report to ATT. Smart Circle employee Aaron S. Christen lied to me on four separate statements. He doesn't work for ATT and the contract is time limited. Ran unauthorized credit check on me.
