I HAVE BEEN A DIREC TV SUBSCRIBER FOR TWENTY YEARS OR MORE.

MY MAJORE COMPLAINT IS:

WHY THE HELL AM I PAYING FOR DIRECT TV EVERY MONTH?

FOR OLD PROGRAMS THAT I HAVE SEEN OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

DON'T YOU HAVE ANY NEWPROGRAMING? ARE YOU GOING TO GET NEW PROGRAMING FOR 2012.

I MIGHT AS WELL JUST RENT MOVIES AT LEAST THEY ARE CURRANT ISSUES.

you NEED to UPDATE your programs or LOSE CUSTOMERS

Dear, the satellite or cable company does not provide programming. It carries stations that provide programming. Perhaps it's time you removed some stations and added others. Or maybe it's time you just cancel your service and stop paying if you're that dissatisfied.

TV stations provide programming. Cable and satellite companies sell you access to those stations.
