I am requesting a reimbursement from you for the additional fees demanded by the Discount Car and Truck Rental in Calgary.
In addition, I suggest you send the renters the appropriate telephone number to call upon arrival at Calgary Airport.

1. The Discount Rental agent who rents for ACE pulled out a framed certificate which stated that we were required to pay an additional CAD$24.99 a day CDW insurance. Your confirmation said it would be $11... I took a the attached photo of it, after which he placed it upside down and out of sight. Our total rental charge was CAD$953.11. I will also attach the bill. Please send us a refund of $219.98.

2. Our arrival was at 6pm and when I called the ACE number you provided, there was a recording that the office closed at 4pm. This caused us a lot of stress. I called ACE in Indianapolis and they gave me the same number. The correct number for this off-site rental location is 403-299-1201.
