I have disputed a charge below:

Merchant name is FOXRENTACAR 5397770666 ONTARIO CA REVERSAL OF TEMPORARY CREDIT
Merchant category is Merchandise
Amount is $788.59

It was temporarily credited, but the reversed, while i was sick and in hospital several times in Ecuador while on a trip.

The case is VERY simple.
The car rental agency gave me a car for one day, and I was going to return it the same evening at the LAX airport (before I boarded my airplane).
How ever the car was NOT OPERATIONAL, IT DI NOT START FROM MY RESIDEDNCE< SO I COULD NOT TAKE IT TO THE AIRPORT.

It is totally unacceptable that Discover "conducted ANY investigation".
IT IS OUTRAGEOUS, and unless I get full refund within a reasonable time, I will follow up with reporting the incident to the authorities, and possibly start legal actions.
I REFURE TO PAY THIS MERCAHNT.
