new costumer @ dish, in July 2011 i called and they cancel my easy pay, i was never, never told that was one of thousands of conditions in order to have free hd(high definition). now i called and agent LLW Cortney tells me i need to sign up for easy pay or i will be paying $10 extra on my monthly bill. she was not very nice or helpful. dish does not understand some costumers live paycheck to paycheck and are willing to pay a late fee, in order to be aloud to pay the bill when ever is more convenient for there costumers. i don't like this new policy that will be in effect march 14. 2012. "HD free for life""???

She does understand she just does not care nor should she. If you live paycheck to paycheck then you need to stop living above your means. The policy of having easy pay is NOT new. You were told to use easy pay to SAVE the $10 bucks each month. If you can't affoed your services, discontinue them.
