Twice recharge of DishTv
I recharge my DishTv by net banking in My V.C. no 01517407461 on 29.12.2018 with Rs.350/- (Two Times) First time I recharge Online at Rs.350/-. Due to some technical errors this amount not reach upto DishTv. but That time recharge was showing successful & Amount is also Deduct From My Bank. But DishTv not get that amount. I called the customer care but he is not give me satisfactory Answer. Next Day on 30-12-2018 I Recharge Offline (through local dealer) that time I made another recharge of Rs.375/-.(25 Rs. extra because recharge is done after Switch Off Date) That recharge was Done successfully. After doing this recharge (Rs. 375) the first Recharge which I made Online of Rs.350 is also Showing Done Successfully.
Therefore I request you to Pls Refund me Rs. 350 as soon as Possible Which I made Online through net banking in my Bank A/C
