DJI has the worse support ever! If anyone has the misfortune of having to deal with their support I feel sorry for you. After a mandatory firmware update, my inspire 1 failed to operate. First comes the phone calls to their so called technical staff, what a joke. My 7 year old can read from the same book they go by. After 45 minutes of this tech fumbling through the pages he determined something went wrong during the mandatory update (NO SH-T!. Now, he tells me I need to ship it to their support in California that will take 5-6 weeks.Yes. weeks not days....WHAT THE F---! You are also warned not to contact them at all tell after this period, if you do this will not only delay yours but everyone else's. Again WHAT THE F---!...They do have a board you can check the progress of you repair but this will just piss you off even more. After having my inspire 1 for 5 weeks they posted they are now opening the box and checking it into their system...Yap, they have had it for 5 WEEKS sitting on a shelf. Did I happen to state I use this to make a living and have lost thousands already? I'm at the 7 week mark and my item is still only checked into their system, meaning they unpacked it, type into their log system and that is it.
