whats wrong with that Indian couple living in Ivory 509 Rosewood Taguig ?

they have their dog always on the balcony barking and i see already 2 times the guy hitting the dog with a belt he should be arrested

Why is DMCI NOTHING doing after so many complains, smoking in the hallways trowing their cigarettes in the garden what a mess ??

Everyday this dog is barking and hauling it's very nervous. The tall Indian guy always on the cellphone and during the weeks many other indians are staying there. all on theit cellphones until early mornings...Guards were there many times but they just don't care and still do what they want.


What is DMCI doing about this ??? coward guards and Indian nationals who don't care anything about their neighbours....
