Turnover process is so sloppy. This company does not give you enough information to smoothen the process. Even if you proactively ask for the requirements, they will give it to you piece by piece, like a reward in a very step along the way. Apparently, DMCI does not accept LOG from banks unless you update your marital status in the system. We double checked the contract, nothing is even vaguely mentioned that the buyer's profile must be updated prior accepting bank payment. Guess what, 23 already missed our deadline and they will won't accept out payment! Which, mind you, has heavy penalties. I raised this concern and they just blatantly said it is part of their company policy! Well, i am not even your employee, how will i even know your company policy?! Had they informed us earlier, we would have done it earlier.
We do not live in the Philippines. To have this updated, 23 needed to fly to the embassy in order to get a SPA. Now that things have been submitted, a mere updating takes 1 week! Looks like we will miss the deadline again just because of their stupid policy and inefficiencies as a company! Makes me wonder if they are deliberately doing this to earn more money! And i even have not raised how rude their staff are. So inefficient, so slow, very awful service!
