Complaint regarding Poor Management and Poor Security Service at east Ortigas Mansion, Ortigas Avenue Extension, Sta. Lucia Pasig City.

A month ago, I complained that someone inside East Ortigas Mansion was removing my posting in my condo and did it 5 times. I spoke to the OIC and he stated he would investigate it but nothing happen.
A week ago, I complained that someone scraped my Car (SUV) in my parking lot 304 at East Ortigas Mansion and the OIC stated he would investigate it and again nothing happen. I did report the incident to the Police station, but the Policeman said that we are paying a very high monthly dues and the management should take care of it.A week ago also, while I was parking my car around 6 pm, it was dark, and 3 to 4 kids playing (skates) in the parking area and few people are using the parking area as their jogging areas. Adding to my frustrations, the Security guards that we are paying to correct people from parking in the signs that says"No Parking" they have no guts to correct it and just ignored it. My point is that, why are we ( condo unit owners) pay for a very high monthly dues when the management cannot attend to our problems. Thank you! Delia Nunez, Unit 116 Monaco Building EOM.
