I urge all those who are considering to join Do do australia to know Do do has most Incompetent Customers Care Team who are not reluctant nor shy to hang up on you, Honestly they do not understand simple things but will make you repeat few times before they understand band are quite shifty about the charges. let me give you Examples.
I joined Do do for land line and Internet unlimited which usually with any other provide has Call waiting and id block is standard specifically the silent number, Silent number you pay every month on top of monthly charges. Silent number means your number is not published and of course will not be shown when calling but I was told after that I have to pay extra for these features which is not disclosed on their website.
I than tried to apply for Gas and Electricity Connection and was shocked to have another cunning experience. I was told numerously quite loud and clearly that Connection fee for the Electricity will be $ 55 and Gas $ 19.00. I repeatedly asked any other charges answer was no. Sales Agent Joyce agreed that in my case these charges will be waived. Now I was ready to sign that Do do Sales agent from Manila hit me with a surprise charges of $55.00 after telling me there are no more charges. Do do has most incompetent team in Manila. I urge all thos who are with Do do to please check your bgills beforte yopu pay and keep an eye on regular basis and those who want join urged to be very careful.
I sent an e mail to Do Do complaints. reply received we will contact you with in 2 days, we are close to the end of the week sent reminder no reply that means they do not care.
