This is to inform all the consumers of India about the exploitation that I happen to face today, by which I hope to promote consumer awareness of such fraudant companies in India. I have made purchase from www.docmartinindia.com, which sells shoes. I made the purchase on 22 Feb 2019 at 8:44 pm, using my debit card on www.docmartinindia.com, I bought Sybor LT / Blanco white, which is a white coloured shoes for Rs. 1349 - Ref. Order No. 87441. ( www.doc-martin.myshopify.com , this is the redirected link for purchase).
After I have received the product which was not much stylish as shown in the website, I decided to exchange the product. So when I googled Doc Martin shoes , I found links for myntra and flipkart where I found that the product are being sold for much lesser price not just one all the Doc Marti. Shoes lesser than the price displayed on www.docmartinindia.com. My shoes was priced Rs.821, which is a huge difference. I felt like cheated. I mailed the customer care people I would like the product to be returned and my payment to be transferred to account as well. Then they said it is not possible only exchange is allowed rather they would charge on Rs. 200 for the shipping as well on top of it form me. What is this,?
And when I notified them about all the other shipping forum selling for lesser price and asked for an explanation, there is no reply from their side.
Fraud people.. Never Buy any product from such websites.
