I sent out my documents to my office on 26/04/2018 until today still not yet arrived. It’s urgent. Called up customer service on 27/04/2018 told me will arrived on that day. Called them up again on 30/04/2018 to check again what had happenned to my documents. Customer service told me the delivery man too many delivery cant reached on time. So irresponsible. Poslambat.
