Fine and car removal for registered and resident vehicle and car removal from closing the parking on another car

Gents,

Kindly investigate for the plate No28065 they removed my vehicle claiming am closing the parking on non resident vehicle in which mine is registered and am a resident in the villa.
I paid 878 to get my car back knowing it's not fair and i shall retain this amount upon your investigation further necessary action.
