unfair labor policies

I am a employee of Dollar General I have not been receiving proper breaks. Yes, I know there's no state law that says I must get a 15 minute break or a 30 minute break when I work over 5 hours. I just want to know how do I file a complaint against the company to ensure all employees are given fair breaks.
