I mistakenly put my info on the first complaint. This is the store's info.

The first time I worked for DG I ruptured my achilles tendon. I was doing physical therapy and they were working me 40 hrs a week because I became free to the stores payroll but as soon as I was deemed "ok" and put back on the stores payroll I was dropped to 14 hrs a week.
I recently went back after a yr and a half break from the company. I have worked past 6 hrs without a lunch and have undertaken many management duties and sensitive information without the pay or appreciation. I recently put in my notice and informed them why I was doing so.

I went to the local Dollar General in Seminole, TX yesterday to buy a few items. There were so many boxes of new stock laying all over the sales floor. Big hazard for anyone looking for an insurance claim.
As I went to the checkout, there was a female just going on shift while the male was at the register. He was supposed to be completing the sale on the customer in front of me, which eventually he did. In the time of that transaction, the employee never once greeted his customer, but he and the female continued to complain, complain, complain, and complain about the manager. She did this and she did that and she didn't do that, and "what?!" She took keys to the back area so the radio could not be turned down as a customer asked. (The radio in that store is TOO loud and it is on rock music. That is not conducive to shopping music! Next, when it was my turn, he was talking so much to the other employee about their manager, complain MORE that he lost track of what he was doing. I did not tell him, and he just stood there for about 10 seconds trying to figure out what he had to do, put money in the register or take money out? He was trying to remember if he gave me the change yet and it actually made him shut his mouth, ignore the other employee and pay attention to his work! I do not shop in this store because the employees are rude and the store is messy. I went this time only because there was an item I had to pick up for someone else and that is where she purchased it the last time. I won't spend my money there. Too much gossip and not enough work!

I love these trailer trash complaints who expect Saks Fifth Avenue service at a crappy dollar store. These dollar stores are just a human sewage collector.
