I have been a frequent shopper in the new Babson Park store and pleaded until tonight. I pick up cigarettes for my husband there occasionally with out problems. How ever tonight I ran in for him, and sales person requested my license ( 1st time ever). I did not have it and offered to have my daughter take pic of it and text to my phone. Sales person refused, said she could lose her job. By the way I'm almost 60 years old! Needless to say, I doubt I will be back to that store again.

I'm am so sick of having to cut my budget that is given to my store every week because other managers are constantly going over their budgeted hours. I stay within my budget like I'm supposed to but still get punished by having to cut my hours because of other managers incompetence. Yet the cycle continues because there is no consequences for them. I've lost 2 good employees over this. Why cant the boss write them up. I see it as they r stealing my stores hours and howe can it stay clean and recovered well stocked if I can't use my budget. This needs to be addressed. My employees get angry when I take their hours away asking me why do dm make the one going over cut theirs and not our store

Yeah I bought a tracfone from Dollar General. The lg 840G for $64.80. I don't like the phone because it's made for a little kid six years old or younger or for some old grandma. When I tried to return the mobile phone to Dollar general; they said they have a no return policy on electronics. If that's true why are they in business. That was my first and last time going there. That is not a nice store to shop at. When I called tracfone to yell at them; they said they can't refund my money for the phone either. This is some slave stuff I tell you.

i dont know if im doing this right, i guess i need to submit a complaint?but i just have to say.i am an empolyee of dollar general, in paragould arkansas.and as of right now i have no clue whats going on with my job.one minute my boss is nice to me and the next minute she is punishing me by taking away my hours and constantly hiding my schedual.i never know when my schedual is gonna change.just recently i was told that i would only be getting one day a week because i have to get my kids off to school and cant be at work untill seven thirty am.even though i was never even scheduald to work that early, i dont get it.i worked that saturday and wasnt scheduled to be at work till 3 pm the following thursday .monday i get a call from an employee asking me why i quit??wow what a surprise to me, because i never quit.well aperently she had changed my schedule and had me down for that monday morning with out informing me, calling me or anything., then i called her and asked her what was going on, and thats when she said she had changed my schedule??and said when you didnt show up i assumed you quit and already contacted corprate to let them know, and so no ur not on the schedual??what do i do.she said she would call me back today at 4 and would put me back on it but she never did.i just want to say this is the most unprofessional place i have ever worked 4.i cannot believe the way they treat there employees.
