I went to The Dollar General in Pocono Summit PA. Now, I love the Employees there as they are Super Nice. But See, I always write a check and never have a problem with that. This time, I write a Check and they said it was Declined. Certegy Check Service declined it. I called my bank and they said that should NOT happen. I had the money in the account to cover it. I really like Dollar General, but if it happens again- I cannot shop there because I don't have cash on me and I don't want to use my credit card.

I always write a check at Dollar General. This time Dollar General in Pocono Summit PA declined my check due to Certegy. That never happened there before. So, I called my Bank and they did not know why D.G would not accept my check since I had plenty of money in my accounts. I don't like to use my Credit card but I had to. If it happens again. I won't shop there.

The store at upper darby in 69th st doesn't have security I don't feel safe in the store and I shop at night around 830pm there is only 2 employees in the store in afraid for them , the employees are not safe, When I asked the manager he gave me a attitude and told me to mind my business make a complaint then , I think I will find somewhere else who wants my business

The dollar general store in upper darby pa needs security I have watched while I was in the store ppl stealing , and they close at 10pm with just 2 ppl in the whole store, I'm a concerned customer whom shops at this store late and I'm afraid for your employees

I was just a at a Dollar General I purchased a few things when I went to check out I used my credit card not thinking I swiped the card instead of using the chip. The cashier fixed the problem with a littler bite of an attitude because i cause a problem with swiping the card instead of using the chip. After she fixed the problem she went ahead and signed my signature to my credit card. I told her she could not do that and her answer was that I was right there when she just put lines where my name should have been and when said that her answer was I was there and she thought she was helping me she never gave me a chance to write my name she just told the pen and signed. I am more than able to sign my owe name. She could have given me the pen and I could have signed when she went around the to the register. By law she is not allowed to sign any signature to any card unless it is her own. I don't care what the amount was, but that it is illegal to sign someone name to any card.
