On Saturday, January 13, 2018 I arrived at Dollar General on Union & 4th in Bakersfield, Ca at 9:50 pm to find the store closed. Locked down. I looked at my watch then I looked at the sign displaying the store hours. There was NO sign explaining why the store was closed. I was able to get the attention of a young, black male employee. I had never seen him before. I shop at this particular store often. I said I'm only getting a jar of mayonnaise, that's all. He said we're closed. I said will you please get it and I will give you the money. Again he said no and walked away. I just stood there wondering why the store was closed. I said loudly "it's not 10" . He kept walking. What's so bad about this incident is, this isn't the first time this store was closed before closing hours
