So by the looks of things, this store has not changed a bit as far as how terrible the management is, the only difference is in the individual Yerington High School Degenerates they hire as managers who seemingly change from one bad manager to another, year after year. Dollar General, or Walmart of Yerington?

On 11/25, store was complete mess,stock everywhere and manager Diane was rude and pushy, she said she needed cigarette! The store was dirty and line long but she had to actually close the register and stepped outside for cigarette!! Poor management!!

I was cashier at store #13997 and I was fired in 10/15, dede always gave me free stuff for my children and I and just because another cashier (Dale) called this stealing I was written up, then corporate Tina decides to fire me not for stealing but missing my shift! This is all ridiculous since if every one minds their own business, dede is kind and will help anyone. I will call because I object to being fired when I called in. I was also fired by Dg yerington and couldn't get coroperate to respond, I will call! I wanted to report t the manager dede(diane) did say in our store meeting in October that she pays us her bonus, she told us not to talk about it and we would receive it quarterly what ever she thought we deserved. She has helped me out personally by giving me items and cigarettes. I was fired in October 2015 . J

Was in YERINGTON DG and had to stand in line while manager dede complained about employees, and corporate and even needed a cigarette! We come to shop not here this week's gossip or if employees show up.poor management!#

On11/16 I went to work at 8 am and was given a draw with no pennies or dimes, I asked mod for change and she said there was none in store because Friday's deposit was not done, also cameras were not working and register would not let you drop money( system failure), corperate Tina came in but it was 10 am before I received change!! Tina said I was over 13.60 since in October? I only work 8 hrs a week for DG and I am a veteran , luckily I narcissistic on me to record meetingbecause late in my shift after she had ate she suspended me because now I am 200 short!! I asked for paperwork on suspension since manager was not in room, Tina denied me this and then I asked when was suspension up she refused to answer!! I am waiting on she coroperate to call!! And of course nv arty general and governor Sandoval, as employees have rights. This is because I followed protocol and reported employee theft,

If you have been fired or suspended without paperwork or unjustly !!!

It is a shame to go in our dg store in yerington and see so much theft going on, and by the manager (diane), we all wonder where is coroperate? You have cameras! First you only get a job there if you are sucking up to dede and of course smoke, then when she becomes afraid of her job she fires the ones who know of her stealing, letting employees have items( stock) and then deposits, we never balance the two years I was there due to dede and her sticky fingers , and what about the bonuses she gives for doing her work for her. Poor management and it has been reported before but you have coperate Tina come set on her but for hours making judgement calls and of course eating. No work gets done when Tina shows up, maybe coperate should investigate all!!!!
