Now that i am on my holiday break i finally have a minute to explain what I witnessed on November 4,2018 at the gateway location in Beaumint TX. My grandson and I were there around three oclock in the afternoon. I was very perturbed at what i witnessed while standing in line to check out.A female employee came from the back part of the store at the same time as the manager came out of the front office. As she approched the employee at the register she ask," you gonna take your break boo". The girl replied,"yes". Just as the girl got to the door,the manager began to yell to her very aggressively,with her cell phone to her ear," Who do you think you are? Where the hell do you think you are going? According to Tim,he has already told you,you were not getting a break and he would fix it in the system later and if you didnt like it he would see how you liked no longer having a job. So,now the only place you are going is off his F...... clock and the F... home. And,if you dont like that then oh well. I felt so sorry for the poor girl. Embarrassed and humiliated like that in front of if other management other employees and several customers. My grandson was tugging at my skirt the whole time saying grandma why is she saying those bad words to her . I have seen this girl in the store working many times and she is always polite and helpfull. Now i have not seen the girl in there again since that day. It pains me to see hard workers treated unfairly and changes my opinion of this company for letting things like this take place.
