ordered the free yarn and patterns offered for cost of shipping $4.95 Yesterday....Today was checking bank they took $19.00 plus $4.95. WHAT THE HELL!! I never agreed to this. Im so pissed...after reading reviews it looks like I'll need to cancel my debt card or the $19.00 will NEVER stop being taken. Why isn't anyone honest. This makes me sad.

I looked at their site and was going to apply for the free yarn, then decided against it. I never sent anything through and they charged my card.
I didn't pick out any colors etc. or chose anything else.
I have tried to get in touch when them several times, with no luck.
It may be only 14.00 but it is my 14.00.

I am trying to cancel a membership that I did not sign up for!!! this is the first place I found to start and in reading other complaints, it seems I am not the only person scammed by this company!! I am calling my credit card company and stopping payment so they do not get any more of my money!!!
I hate scammers!!!!

Incomplete form
I didn’t complaint the form because I don’t whatnot the the 19.00 monthly charged. I checked my account and I was charged the shipping fee of 4.95. I don’t want this Membership, don’t want my account charged and I want my money back.

Received nothing but paid
You have taken my money on an offer of product for shipping only. I have received nothing. Either I get the product or money returned. If neither, I will consider it theft and make my complaint public across all social media and file with BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. What a dishonest way to do business.
