I keep complaining about this place with no answers. Any answers yet! I want a full refund!

Never received anything from them

I have repeatedly tried to get cancelled from the Dollar Yarn Club with no luck. They have been taking $19 out of my account and it was to have been a one time charge.
I have also sent complaints to you with no response. PLEASE HELP!

IM LIVID

I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS. I may have looked into it but I NEVER SIGNED UP. BUT HERE I AM WITH 19.99 CHARGE FROM MY BANK. I AM BEYOND LIVID AND IF I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER.
