These people charged my account 19.00 for service I did not order. I ordered two skeins of free yarn and was to pay 4.95 for postage. They used that transaction to get my bank info and taken out 19.00 more.

I want to cancel my membership

How many times do I need to complain about this FRICKING company? I'm very very tired of funding this fraudulent company. I am getting tired of reporting to the bank, to have my acct credited, a dispute put in, my debit card cancelled, a new one re-issued, to have the investigation ruling say they CANNOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG, and charge my card again. Then comes the next month, and it gets charged again, and I'm right back at this process again!!!! I'M DONE!!! I WANT MY ACCOUNT CREDITED, and if NOT, then just CANCEL THIS FRICKING ACCOUNT. I WANT NOTHING MORE TO COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. They have taken 8+ months ($19 per month), and I JUST WANT TO WALK AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD NOW !!!!

I signed up with Dollar Yarn Club to receive a onetime yarn review package ( which I did not receive) and was paid $4.95 for shipping and handling. I did NOT sign up for a membership with Dollar Yarn Club at any time. Never would I pay 19.00 a month for any type of club.
Dollar Yarn Club has deducted $19.00 from my account for the last 2 months. I have tried to find contact information for this scamming so called "club" but there isn't any. Even on their home page there is no contact information , refund information or any membership information. Not even an email address. Please help

Paid for yarn but never received item and now keep getting charged 19.00 twice a month for nothing. So 38.00 a month is taken out!! This was not a subscription. A one time payment. I want them to stop charging my account twice a month!!
