I joined the Dollar Yarn Club in May 2020 and authorized $19.00 per month, with the understanding that I would received yarn and other merchandise. I have never received anything. I have tried numerous times to logon to the club's website without success, and am unable to cancel my membership or contact the company. I have filed a dispute through my bank and am trying to stop the automatic payments. This club is non-existent and people are being scammed.

I ordered a $5kit and got charge $19 and $67without my authorization. I need that money back. I can't find the phone number for their customer service.
