I have contacted my credit card company regarding the unauthorized charges of $19.00 appearing monthly on my credit card statement. I've contacted the phone number which sent me to info@DollarYarnClub.com
Where I ended up here. I expected to contact the club to cancel my "membership" instead I am being told to lodge a complaint! I am requesting that charges from Dollar Yarn Club stop charging my card and refund each of the $19.00 monthly charges they have posted to my account. I am letting my credit card company know to reject any future charges from this company also. Any assistance you ate able to provide to rectify this will be appreciated. Thank you

I have tried to contact this company to discontinue my "membership". When I call number on my credit card statements they tell me to go to their web site info@dollaryarnclub.com which leads me to your complaint site. I have been charged monthly for yarn I have not seen on a web site or received. I want these charges of $19.00 per month removed from my credit account and all charges refunded.
