please do not rent to either Dominic Chan Wai Meng (NRIC Sxxxx010B) or Nangoi Demelza Carmelita (NRIC Sxxxx328D) as these two persons are a pair of conmen and swindlers at best.

At the point of starting a rental lease they appeared to be honest people but before long into the rental lease, they will start to issue cheques that bounced (due to insufficient funds and closed accounts) and they will delay payment of rent for a myriad of reasons; mostly for reasons of waiting for funds coming in from overseas.

They have never made good their promise to pay the rent time and again.

Do NOT be sympathetic to their explanations; do that only to your disadvantage. If you already have a rental agreement with either or both of them, enusre that you keep a close tab on the rental payment and enforce the collection strictly.

They also have a number of businesses registered with ACRA and all of these are simply fronts for them to accomplish their con their way through unsuspecting victims.

Do a google search for either of the names and you will find many instances of their cheating and swindling.
