I called 2014619000 on Friday the 2rd September was transferred to first services. Phillies fast speaking man took my info and credit card. When I read the confirmation number to representatives he said I had the last 4 numbers incorrect. I wrote the numbers he gave me. After telephone call I never received email with confirmation so I call number back but was told the confirmation # doesn’t exist. The couldn’t even find reservations via credit card number yet still was a charge and no one can help me get clear this out
