Good. Find one that you have to PAY for. People want free then bitch about the free they get.

I agree. I have also received poor service from DWC. I have been going there for a few years, and when I got pregnant is when it all seemed to go downhill. I had the same issue as the previous poster: I had to wait for results of my labs for days. I called and left messages for the head nurse, left written messages. The only reason I was able to get someone to even pull my chart is when I called crying because I was concerned. When I called to speak with an actual doctor, I was placed on the phone with the person who does scheduling (who then told me the results.) The next visit, I had to wait for over 20 minutes in the back for the phlebotomist. I watched 2 or 3 other people go in before me even though I was there first. When I questioned this, I learned that the nurse had just thrown my chart aside and did not make anyone aware that I was even there. Today's appointment was the WORST! I have never left somewhere so upset. Dr. Kuncl saw me and treated me like I was stupid. When I tried to express my concerns about the lack of organization during my prior appointments, she got defensive and said, "Well, I don't know what to tell you." When I asked if it was normal for someone to be so nervous about issues or miscarriages during their first pregnancy, she spoke down to me and told me that "No, its typically not normal for someone to be so anxious about this." I literally left in sobs. While I would suggest this practice for gynecology (Dr. Ortenzi), I definitely plan on finding a new OB.

This is a horrible medical practice. They have a wonderful idea about a safe haven for womens care, but do not follow through.
I never received a call back about lab work. When I called I was transferred to 4 different people. I never heard back from the doctor. ( who mind you had long nails and apologized for this before doing an internal...) I left messages and finally heard back from a nasty old nurse with an attitude who said that the doctor or herself would call back the following day and I never heard from either one.
This practice has horrible patient services and extremely bad follow up skills. When you have a women with concerns about her body and is awaiting lab work you should really follow up and give answers not push her off onto another or just not call back.
Do not go here if you are looking for good care.

You get free medical care and you complain about how bad it is? Next time, go to a clinic and PAY.
