damage to suitcase

I had been to Seychelles leaving on 12th June and returned on 19th - arriving in Manchester on the 20th at 7.30 am.
On arrival we colected our luggage and got home. On unpacking in the evening I found my suitcase damaged at one of the wheels. The case is hard top and bottom without a zip. It is a Samsonite brand.
I wish to make a complaint and request replacement case.
