By numerous amounts of emails and telephone calls trying to get hold of Mary Evans and Siyanda Dintsi at the Cape town branch regarding IOD /WCA claims to be processed no one returned the calls nor emailed back. I as a psychiatrist that have rendered services to patients that suffers trauma situations has been seen and I have sent all my necessary documents through for payment to made. But no one from the Department have kept me updated with any progress or the way forward.
My secretary has left many times our contact details for them to phone back.
Please assist as soon as possible to sort this matter.
