Dr. Joe Kasper is a fraudulent doctor. He is not a MD or a DO. He has his PhD in nutrition from a college that is no longer in business. Joe's claim is his "blood kits". He sells you a kit at $999 - $1500. Look around you can find them for $100 - $350. He reads the results and advices you what medicen and nutritional products to take. Of course, he sells all of it to you and a huge mark up. When you question him, he will

He has taken advantage of my elderly family member, had her pay him close to $100,000 for almost nothing. Told her to break her investments to pay for his BS services. When she said " No" Joe would berate her and scream. Joe Kasper is not a good man and a worse "doctor".
A complaint has been filed with the New York Attorney's Office and we are looking to go further. This man and his companies should be closed for abuse, fraud and total lack of interest of the elderly.
