Dear Health Minister

I am writing you in regards to the above named Doctor who has been my family doctor for the past more than a decade. I am deeply sadden to note that this Doctor has shattered my trust in the Medical Profession.
I had couple of unfortunate Car accidents in 2007 and 2009. Dr M Selim was my treating doctor. I further note that my wife was also involved in an accident and sustained injuries to her neck and shoulder and Dr Selim was of course the treating Doctor. .

It is confirm and evident that the above named Doctor had raised two accounts (one for insurer and one for medicare) which of course is an ugly example of double dipping which no doubt in my mind is nothing less than unethical misconduct and require authorities attention. I do have evidence in my wife case and have no doubt in my mind that Dr Selim acted in a same manner in my 2007 and 2009 accidents. he has enjoyed the benefit of ripping off the Insurers and the Medicare. we are the one who paid the money back to medicare not dr Selim but he enjoyed with it. Insurance Company is very well aware of this. I am humbly asking you to order full investigation in to this matter than surely you will find very strong evidence of double dipping and ripping of the system.
I have reported this matter to your Department under reference No FHL-August2013-Selim-p2594 upon enquiring noted my complaint has no record. I also reuest that please you use your Ministerial power and order full investigations. I am also requesting that your office order an re assessment of the Money deducted from my compensation paid and have medicare full access to my visits to Dr Selim for my 2007 and 2009 claims.

I am sincerely hoping that your office will take this matter very seriously and will set Dr Selim an example for other Thugs and crook Doctors. If necessary I have evidence of double dipping in my wife case and mine suspected and need to be investigated. I further note that Dr Selim is already being watched by Work Cover and the insurance companies fo overcharging. appy to provide details if requested.
