24 Pk cases of Diet Dr. Pepper in 12oz cans have been hard to find in my area on "SEVERAL OCCASIONS" since last summer (Due to coronavirus & shortages everywhere.) Due to no stock on store shelves, I recently purchased (6) 16.9 oz bottled 6 packs on 3 separate occasions from 3 different stores. And EVERY SINGLE BOTTLE IS FLAT, even though they're not past the date on the bottles! This is Absolutely RIDICULOUS, I Do NOT enjoy pouring my money down the drain (LITERALLY!!!)

To make matters worse... The Dr. PEPPER/Snapple website is current with the century we live in! Click on contact us & you're given 2 separate mailing addresses (REALLY!?) And there's no information on which address accepts complaints!? I believe this is the company's way of RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF & it's UNACCEPTABLE!!!
