I am at the Care Cure hospital in Queenstown, visiting a friend. I was touched by an elderly woman (68 years) who narrated a very sad story about her accident at her work in 2002. The incident happened at Biltong King ( Middleburg Cape) which no longer exist under Mr . She was admitted to Penolome Hospital in Bloemfontein, Wilhelme stahl hospital, Livingstone hospital and later visited several doctors in the Eastern Cape as she had a dislocated pelvic bone. Labour agent visited her in shot in hospital, and she was advised to bring all supporting documents from different doctors ,of which she did. Later she received a document from Pretoria to be signed by his practitioner in 2007 ( Dr Mpumelelo Sishuba who is practising in Middleburg Cape. After 8 months of waiting invain, she decided to visit Dr Sishuba who told her that the documents were lost.The story saddened me as the woman has suffered and besides she is now a patient in the Queenstown Care Cure in agony. Is there a way you can assist her? Her name is Nomandithini Khulu ( 5011070728086). Sadly the claim was never received, everything just dissolved.
