i only order 1 dress and i want to a full refund. i have they have the worst costumer service in my tired life. Plus i was told by Sunday that they mess on my dress. For the being i told them it Suppost to be white. The guy from Dressale.com called me did you get my email. i say no why what wrong. i look it had ivory. i told him from the being it support be white. From the being i told them they mess up. they rip me off so bad. I don't need 2 dress special when i am getting married in dec. What the heck am i going to used 2 wedding for. They have the rude people working for them. They need to have nice people working for them.
They need to phone for there company if there some thing wrong with there dress you can get in touch with them in stead of talk to this people chat windows the are very rude they was not very nice me at they hang up on 4 time or they wouldn't answer me at all. you don't treat people like that if you are buy thing from there company at all. You are very nice to the people caring help them out. any way you can. If them the company phone number. Or see if there any way you can help them. In stead of tell you have to go to there support site and no one answer you back. plus you don't hear from them at all. I think they need something taken care off.

This is a very unprofessional company they are a ripoff. I received my order but it was a completely different picture from what I saw on the website dressale. I tried to resolve the matter amicably but they have no customer care. They avoid questions you ask. Now they are suggesting I should just accept the 2 dreeses they will give a $20 discount next time I buy from them yet I paid £227 for poorly made garments. I would be duft to buy from them again. Please take this website off online because it is deceiving
