VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had the worst experience with this company ever. Please take my advice and NEVER ORDER THINGS HERE. I wouldn't. I regret it so much. I put the date I need it by as late April and it still isn't here, and it is almost May. I tried calling them once but they gave me really short responses. I try online chatting with them and they don't respond for more than 30 minutes. They lied to me 3 times, telling me that they were shipping my dress the next day and they never did. I finally asked them one time whether they can give me their word on it and they said they're not sure because "there's nobody in the logistics department today" while they told me 2 minutes ago that they were shipping it the day of. The girls who work there are very untrustworthy and give very vague and inaccurate responses to your questions. The dress was also poorly made, the hook in the back of the dress was hooked onto thread which can easily break. The quality is just terrible. The sewing looks very rushed and the slit on my dress was in a very awkward place. I also had to spend 40 more dollars to alter my dress. Even though they said you can "customize" your dress, they didn't use my measurements at all. The waist part of the dress was about 4 sizes off. I could fit an entire fist between my body and the dress. Please don't give into the cheap price, you will have a better experience with other sites or from actual stores.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We did get our money back eventually (last year). I was too busy to update here.
If you can find them, you can get your problem solved. But make sure you order from them at least 3-4 months before the 'must have' date. Good luck!
