Why Am I being Charged for a service I do not subscribe to?

Hello,

I notice there is payment of SGD 39.39 charge into my credit card (ending 0994) for the past few months & have no idea when did I signed up for any plan from Adobe, as I have been using my old Creative Suit instead. Please kindly check & revert to me asap & if it is not valid, please kindly arrange the refund accordingly.

Why am I charged for Creative Cloud that I am not using?
