Request for cancellation of transaction

I purchased an Adobe creative cloud Photography plan online by payment of Rs 797.68 using credit card ending no 3484. As this software is not working in Ubuntu Os, I cancelled the order (Transaction ID : 15240645871, Date: 12/09/2018). I also sent request to [email protected] for refund of the amount charged (Service Request number 140114119199, MERCHANT: DRI*ADOBE SALES SHANNON IE, AMOUNT (Rs.): 797.68). Kindly refund the amount already charged from my credit card at the earliest.
