being charged with no authortiation

My complaint is that I received an e-mail that my subscritpation was canceled. Now I have a new charge on my credit card!!! This has been going on for months!!! This company has no authoratzion to do this. There is never any coraptation from this company! I will be contacting the better business burea! This is ridiculous !! What is wrong with this company!! My reference number is 75418237171040946989006 do not want or need you"re software!!! Virginia best
