Deducted payment without any purchase from my credit card

DRI*AVAST SOFTW SHANNON , CO DEDUCT R669.00 from my credit card without my concent. I did not by anything from
them . I received a SMS from my bank that this named amount was authorized ( 2 June) and eventually deducted from my account on 5 June 2018. This was all not with my permission . I want this money to be refunded.
I did not receive any e-mail or send a e-mail to order or confirm any order or deduction from my credit card.
How did they get hold of my credentials and card number??
