Ai vostri avvisi di rinnovo dell'abbonamento antivirus Avast, ho risposto che NON intendevo rinnovare e che sarei ricorso a vie legali nel caso mi fosse imposto. Oggi dalla mia banca mi viene comunicato che dal mio conto sono stati addbitati euro 39.99 da Avast per il rinnovo. Vi chiedo la restituzione del detto importo in quanto non sono interessato all'abbonamento antivirus.

second time 02/01/2017 = 45.48€
I am no longer interested in this software.
May I ask you or to reimburse the second debit, or better both of them, if it is possible AND not to debit me any more time.
