Fraud

I have an unauthorized purchased item made on my credit card as per attached copy of my bank statement. Can I please have a phone number and name of someone at your company to discuss this issue as I would prefer to speak to a LIVE person and I do not see why I should be inconvenienced by having to cancel my credit card and having to wait to have it renewed.
My bank informed me that this is an annual charge to my card which I was unaware of.

Please let me know asap.
