Money taking out of my Account without my Permission

Look, I checked my account and Dri Avast Software has taking $64.34 out and I gave no one permission to go into my Account, anyway how did they get my Bank Account Information ,I did not Order any Software so Please put my Money back into my Account, I can not Afford this, so I know I didn't Order it How can you just go into someone account without they Permission,Put it Back or I'm Reporting you, Thank you.
