I have paid up my Home Choice account and when I am supposed to get my paid up letter I have being send form pillar to post and Home Choice tell me that m account handed over to DMC and DMC said it was no longer with them when I pay later I called Home Choice and they told me about Hammod Pole and also they told me that I should ask Home Choice my main problem is this account it is spoiling my credit record as it appears unpaid on credit repot please help

I'm LEINELIE BALAGAN, I was charged an amount of Php 1590.00 for DRI AVAST Software this Nov. 11, 2020 on my Metrobank bank debit account, I remember no confirmation that I would like to avail or buy for that DRI AVAST Software, since I already bought your Antivirus software. Please credit back to my bank account my Php 1590.00. I hope I can still trust AVAST Software after this incident. Thank you.
